Exchange and Return Policy

For your safety, it is not allowed to return or exchange any of the product purchased even if they are in their original condition.

ZCart bear the costs of return and replacement in the following cases:

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect
    • If an error occurs in sending the shipment from us
    • If a defect occurs while transporting the shipment to warehouse customers
    • If you received the product damaged, different, or incomplete than your order, we will be happy to solve your problem by contacting us on the store’s email, and your satisfaction is always our demand and goal.
    • If it is approved to return or replace the product, the customer is the one who bears the shipping costs. We will be happy to serve you. Info@zcarttrading.com

Reshipping Fee Policy Based on Weight
Under this policy, all merchants who wish to request reshipping of their orders to customers for any reason must pay reshipping fees based on the applicable rate.
This rate is determined by the total weight of the shipment subject to reshipping. The fees are calculated as follows:

  • If the shipment’s weight is less than or equal to 15 kilograms, it is considered a single shipment, and reshipping fees are applied based on the total weight of the shipment.
    • If the shipment’s weight exceeds 15 kilograms, reshipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the shipment, with an additional fee for each extra kilogram at a predefined rate.
    • This policy aims to impose reshipping fees fairly and transparently based on the actual weight of the shipment, ensuring the provision of high-quality service to all customers.
    • All relevant parties must be familiar with and adhere to this policy when requesting reshipping of any order.

Reasons for Reshipment and Reshipping Costs:

  • If the shipping company contacts the customer, and the customer does not respond within the specified timeframe, and the merchant requests reshipping of the order, the merchant will bear the reshipping cost.
    • If the shipping company is responsible for errors or delays that result in shipment damage, the shipping company will bear the reshipping costs. Additionally, the shipping company will be responsible for the cost of the damaged product.
    • If the error in the order is attributable to the vendor, the vendor will bear the reshipping costs and the cost of the damaged product.
    • If the order is incorrect and is reshipped, the vendor will bear the reshipping cost.
